About Bruce

Bruce H. Jennings is a political scientist and former environmental policy advisor to the California Legislature. Educated at UC Berkeley and the University of Hawai’i, his research examines the political forces shaping agricultural systems in the Americas. His work and public service have focused on environmental protection, farmworker rights, and ecological sustainability.
